Senior Presales Systems Engineer

Job Summary

As a remote full-time Senior Presales Systems Engineer, the successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in networking, security, cloud architecture, and automation to serve as a senior technical advisor for enterprise and federal customer engagements, architecting secure and scalable solutions across hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver secure networking and security solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Lead customer workshops, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical validations to drive architecture strategy and customer success
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical strategies for complex opportunities and mentor junior engineers

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in systems engineering, network architecture, or security engineering
• Strong consultative and customer-facing experience, particularly in enterprise or federal environments
• Demonstrated success in leading technical engagements and influencing customer decisions
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with multi-vendor networking and security platforms, as well as cloud automation tools
