Senior Presentation Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Duarte teams in a fully remote capacity, the 1099 Contractor Senior Presentation Specialist will create polished, brand-aligned presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides while collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce polished presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides, ensuring brand alignment and visual consistency
• Develop and refine presentation materials using established templates and assets, applying formatting and layout checks
• Collaborate with internal teams, communicating progress and efficiently applying feedback to meet project deadlines

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in presentation design
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced skills in presentation software, including PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides
• Ability to demonstrate engagement with multiple clients and hold business insurance of at least $1M
• LLC or other business classification and business license strongly preferred
