Senior Press Operator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Press Operator for a full-time position on the first shift, responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of Delta Mod-Tech's manufacturing press equipment while ensuring quality standards and supporting new product development.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify job processes, spec sheets, and samples prior to production runs
• Maintain quality standards by checking print quality and using digital instruments for data collection
• Identify and troubleshoot machine-related issues with minimal supervision and mentor less experienced operators

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 4+ years of experience with flexo press operation
• Experience with UV coatings, adhesives, or inks, and various substrates
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills, including the use of measuring devices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
