Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Pricing Actuarial Analyst will analyze large datasets and apply innovative techniques to enhance understanding of rate adequacy while managing special projects that drive impactful results.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to address business questions related to rate adequacy
- Apply established and innovative pricing methodologies to uncover deeper insights
- Collaborate with project teams or work independently on critical special projects
Required qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with three years of experience
- Minimum of five passed actuarial examinations as per the Casualty Actuarial Society's Syllabus of Basic Education
- Proficiency in R/Python and SQL for data analysis
- Experience presenting analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from concept to completion independently
