Senior Pricing Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Pricing Actuarial Analyst will analyze large datasets and apply innovative techniques to enhance understanding of rate adequacy while managing special projects that drive impactful results.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to address business questions related to rate adequacy
• Apply established and innovative pricing methodologies to uncover deeper insights
• Collaborate with project teams or work independently on critical special projects

Required qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with three years of experience
• Minimum of five passed actuarial examinations as per the Casualty Actuarial Society's Syllabus of Basic Education
• Proficiency in R/Python and SQL for data analysis
• Experience presenting analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from concept to completion independently
