Senior Pricing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting pricing initiatives in a remote, full-time capacity, the Senior Pricing Analyst will manage the development of creative pricing arrangements, generate financial analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies and enhance profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of pricing models and budgets that align with the firm's strategic goals
• Generate financial analyses to inform pricing strategies and monitor performance metrics
• Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals to enhance pricing functions and respond to pricing-related inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field preferred
• Five years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or economics, preferably in a professional services environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and familiarity with pricing tools like Elite 3E and Iridium
• Experience with AI-powered pricing and financial modeling tools, such as Predictive Analytics platforms or Tableau
• Strong understanding of non-hourly and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) and their implementation
