Senior Pricing Analyst

Job Summary

Leading pre-award proposal pricing efforts, the full-time Senior Proposal Pricing Analyst will develop pricing strategies, construct complex pricing models, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in submissions, working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre-award proposal pricing efforts, including RFP analysis and pricing strategy development
• Develop Cost/Price Volumes and pricing narratives in compliance with solicitation requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and present financial data to executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of pricing experience, including at least 5 years in GovCon pre-award proposal pricing
• Familiarity with Price-to-Win (PTW) methodologies and experience developing Bills of Estimate (BOEs)
• Proven experience developing Cost/Price Volumes for federal proposals and understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using salary databases
• Previous leadership experience in pricing or program control functions
