Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience, including 2-4 years in management
• Strong understanding of business operations and financial planning processes
• Experience in mentoring and leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to analyze profit and loss statements
