A company is looking for a Senior Pricing Finance Associate, Deal Desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Review pricing requests and proposed terms, assessing their impact on margin and profitability
• Build and maintain financial models to support deal approvals and negotiations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure compliant deals and improve pricing workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in deal desk, pricing, finance, or similar analytical roles
• Understanding of the client lifecycle and healthcare reimbursement dynamics
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge preferred
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
