Senior Pricing Manager

Job Summary

Owning the pricing and packaging strategy for a diverse product portfolio, the remote Senior Pricing and Packaging Manager will design pricing architectures, develop AI monetization models, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance market accessibility and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a unified pricing and packaging architecture across all products
• Develop value-based pricing models grounded in customer ROI and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Ops to operationalize pricing changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
• 8+ years in Pricing, Product Marketing, Product Management, or Strategy with a B2B SaaS focus
• 3+ years of experience building AI pricing models and packaging frameworks for multi-product portfolios
• Proven track record of pricing changes that drove measurable revenue growth
• Experience in monetizing AI or consumption-based products strongly preferred
