Senior Pricing Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Business Development team, the full-time Senior Pricing Manager will develop competitive cost/price proposals, collaborate with various departments to align pricing strategies with company goals, and lead pricing-related briefings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed and compliant cost/price proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs
• Collaborate with BD, finance, and contracts management to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with company objectives
• Lead pricing-related briefings, maintain documentation, and support internal audits

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with pricing in the federal environment and knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations
• Working knowledge of cost estimating systems and cost/price modeling in Excel
• Experience in developing and delivering price strategy presentations
• Familiarity with various contract types such as FFP, T&M, and IDIQs
• Bachelor's degree
