Senior Pricing Manager

Job Summary

To support pricing strategy initiatives, the full-time Senior Pricing Manager will manage operational readiness for ServiceNow products, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive pricing process innovations, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the pricing team and serve as a trusted advisor on pricing models and policies
• Recommend and implement improvements to pricing frameworks and processes to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and enhance documentation related to pricing governance and ensure effective communication of processes across teams

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in pricing operations or revenue management as a project manager or business analyst
• Strong understanding of Cloud go-to-market and business models
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of prices to achieve financial targets
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel and familiarity with dashboarding tools like PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
