Senior Pricing Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with Sales and Project Management teams, the full-time Senior Pricing Specialist will develop pricing estimates, budgets, and proposal documentation for client projects while mentoring junior team members and supporting process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess scope changes and develop pricing estimates for client projects of varying complexity
• Deliver high-quality pricing and proposal documentation within required timelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to review fee schedules and determine optimal pricing strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of experience may be considered
• 3+ years of relevant experience in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
• Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry terminology and practices preferred
