Job Summary
Driving innovative monetization strategies, the full-time Senior Pricing Strategy Manager will lead pricing initiatives for an AI-first platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement usage-based pricing models in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead pricing strategies for the AI-first platform and the evolution of HubSpot Credits to enable scalable growth
- Collaborate with Product, GTM, Finance, and Engineering teams to transition monetization concepts from research to global implementation
- Define long-term monetization roadmaps and manage high-impact initiatives to achieve strategic objectives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Pricing Strategy, Monetization, or Management Consulting
- Deep expertise in usage-based or credit monetization models
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets for strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior executives
- Strong ownership mentality and capability to drive large-scale transformation projects
