Senior Principal Architect, AI

Job Summary

To serve as the technical backbone of the AI Center of Excellence, the full-time Senior Principal Architect, AI will manage the AI Development Lifecycle, design and prototype AI solutions, and ensure governance and scaling of AI initiatives across the organization in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) governing AI project execution and ensuring adherence to standards
• Design and build end-to-end AI solution architectures, providing hands-on support and guidance within delivery squads
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks, producing technical recommendations based on structured experimentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years in software or platform engineering with a focus on AI/ML implementation
• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering production AI solutions, including LLM applications and orchestration pipelines
• Deep practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
• Experience developing corporate AI governance frameworks and familiarity with compliance regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
