Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal, Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Platform Organization's Operating Cadence to enhance alignment, execution, and engagement
• Partner with Platform teams to define, monitor, and communicate progress on OKRs and performance metrics
• Manage the SVP, Platform's executive rhythm and serve as a trusted advisor on special projects and analyses

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or management consulting roles
• 7+ years of experience working closely with product or engineering teams
• Proven track record as a strategic advisor to senior executives
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
