Senior Principal CNO Engineer
Job Summary
Leading capability development and vulnerability research, the remote Senior Principal CNO Engineer will design and build an AI-driven exploit discovery system while coordinating efforts among engineers and collaborating across teams to meet mission objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of an AI-driven end-to-end exploit discovery, productization, and delivery system
- Coordinate the efforts of engineers and security researchers, establishing technical practices and infrastructure for quality deliveries
- Collaborate across teams to productize and integrate targeting data, tools, and infrastructure to fulfill mission requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 10+ years of experience as a CNO developer and/or security researcher
- Proficiency in C, Python, Go, and JavaScript or TypeScript
- Deep understanding of cyber operations tradecraft and software architectures
- Experience implementing and evaluating agentic AI workflows for complex software tasks
