Senior Principal Consultant

Job Summary

To support transformation initiatives in middle and back-office operations, the remote Senior Principal Consultant will lead a multi-disciplinary team to identify opportunities, design scalable solutions, and drive successful implementation and adoption of AI-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize operational efficiency opportunities and develop business cases
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions and lead pilots and implementations with technology teams and stakeholders
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption and establish governance for value realization

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in management/operations consulting, technology consulting, or related fields
• Experience leading complex business or technology transformation initiatives
• Strong skills in business case development, modeling, and stakeholder management
• Team player with a focus on business value creation across organizational design and technical architecture
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
