Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Program Office function from the ground up
• Define governance, standards, and best practices for program management
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or related leadership roles
• Proven experience in executive-level relationship management and strategic advisory
• Strong background in experience measurement and management, with expertise in behavioral science practices
• Demonstrated success in large-scale client implementations across multiple healthcare business lines
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
