Senior Principal Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support the development of a next-generation product platform, the full-time Senior Principal Data Scientist will design predictive models, establish data standards, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance AI-driven user experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement predictive models to analyze user behavior and outcomes across multi-agent workflows
• Define data instrumentation and observability standards for agent-based systems and user interactions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate predictive intelligence into decision-making systems

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning, particularly in product analytics or user behavior modeling
• Demonstrated ability to conduct applied research and stay current with emerging AI technologies
• Deep experience with predictive modeling techniques and frameworks
• Fluency in designing instrumentation and event schemas for complex systems
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, especially those with nondeterministic outputs
