Job Summary

To advance Clinical Documentation Improvement and coding intelligence solutions, the full-time remote Senior Principal Data Scientist will lead the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions, focusing on machine learning, generative AI technologies, and translating research into scalable healthcare products.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions for clinical documentation improvement across large healthcare datasets
• Research and productionize state-of-the-art AI approaches, including LLM and generative AI techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate innovative AI approaches into scalable, production-ready solutions

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics techniques with a focus on production-grade AI/ML solutions
• Solid experience with LLM/GenAI techniques and diverse model architectures
• Expertise in Python programming and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Proven track record of driving improvements in model accuracy and business outcomes in high-stakes environments
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable data science solutions
