Senior Principal Data Scientist

Job Summary

Providing technical and analytical leadership for a strategic enterprise program, the full-time remote Senior Principal Data Scientist will design AI-powered solutions, lead analytical strategies, and mentor data science talent while addressing complex business challenges through advanced analytics and machine learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to tackle complex business challenges, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Lead analytical strategy for complex enterprise challenges, analyzing large-scale datasets to uncover trends and business opportunities
• Establish best practices for model development and responsible AI while mentoring data science talent across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience (4+ years of quantitative analysis experience in lieu of degree)
• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, or related fields leading complex analytical initiatives
• 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for statistical modeling and data manipulation
• 3+ years of experience framing ambiguous business challenges and conducting hypothesis testing on large-scale datasets
• 3+ years of experience providing technical leadership and mentoring data scientists
