• Define and implement technical strategies for automation and developer experience on AWS
• Champion developer self-service and promote inner source practices across engineering teams
• Drive measurable improvements in developer productivity and system reliability while collaborating with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Strong knowledge of containerized service infrastructure using Kubernetes (EKS)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
• Proven experience in building and evolving CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to operate autonomously and influence technical direction across teams
