Senior Principal Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting engineering development and integration efforts, the full-time Senior Principal Electrical Engineer will lead testing and transition to production tasks on complex electronic modules, working in a hybrid environment that combines onsite and remote work.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers in the design and testing of high-speed digital circuit card assemblies
• Interface with cross-functional teams to drive defect resolution and generate improvements in product and test design methodologies
• Generate and review technical documentation, including test procedures and engineering specifications

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of development experience with a Bachelor's Degree (less with an advanced degree)
• Experience in high-speed digital design of circuit card assemblies
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a DoW Top Secret clearance
• Experience with the design, build, integration, and/or test of complex electronic systems
