Senior Principal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Engineer to join their Cloud Readiness team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate services to enhance enterprise readiness for cloud solutions
• Collaborate with a large development team to deliver high-quality code and innovative product improvements
• Work with architects to implement enterprise controls and policies across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years in an architect role
• Experience in architecting and building large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with public cloud offerings, ideally AWS
• Fluency in modern object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, Go)
• Strong understanding of operational requirements and challenges of cloud-based systems
