Job Summary

Driving the strategic direction and architecture for complex systems, the full-time Senior Principal Engineer will lead large-scale engineering initiatives, provide technical expertise to teams, and set engineering standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Defines and drives the technical vision, strategy, and architecture for complex systems
• Leads large-scale engineering initiatives from concept to delivery
• Mentors and coaches engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 12-20+ years of engineering experience with a strong record of technical innovation and leadership
• Deep expertise in one or more technical domains
• Proven experience in system architecture, design, and large-scale implementations
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
