Senior Principal Engineer, AI

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Principal Engineer, AI, the individual will set the technical vision and architecture for AI-driven workflows, collaborate with cross-functional leaders to redesign processes, and ensure governance and data integrity within the Forcepoint Intelligence Platform while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architectural vision connecting sensing, redesign, and delivery of AI-driven workflows
• Translate process redesign into engineered outcomes by partnering with functional leaders to automate and govern systems
• Shape the data architecture and measurement frameworks to track benefits realization and ensure technical governance for AI applications

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or platform development at a senior technical level
• Mastery of enterprise, application, and data architecture with experience in designing scalable systems across multiple business domains
• Hands-on expertise in AI-first engineering and delivering production systems built around LLMs and orchestrated tooling
• Proven ability to translate complex business processes into engineered systems and re-architect end-to-end flows
• Deep command of AWS and Amazon Bedrock for model access and agentic delivery, focusing on scalability and cost optimization
