Senior Principal Experience Designer

Job Summary

To shape the next generation of construction experiences, the full-time Senior Principal Experience Designer will define and drive a cohesive UX vision across web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Influence product strategy by applying deep user-centered design and AEC industry expertise to identify opportunities for new technologies
• Create design vision artifacts, including prototypes and visual frameworks, to inspire teams and drive alignment
• Communicate design vision and strategy effectively to engage diverse, cross-functional audiences and support innovation in design practices

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience as a UX design individual contributor and/or design leader
• Experience designing SaaS products across multiple device types and software platforms
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma and AI-enabled prototyping tools
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in larger, cross-team environments
• Online portfolio showcasing relevant experience and impact
