Job Summary
Driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy forward, the full-time Senior Principal GTM Strategy will lead strategic initiatives focused on Customer Experience (CX) functions while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead GTM strategy design for growth initiatives in new AI offerings and customer engagement models
- Evolve the GTM operating model, optimizing structure and coverage across Revenue, CX, and Partner teams
- Define KPIs to measure impact and adoption of CX strategic initiatives, crafting executive-level presentations for recommendations
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in Enterprise SaaS GTM strategy or top-tier management consulting
- 8+ years of experience taking a GTM strategy from design to global scale
- Solid understanding of GTM interdependencies including Sales, Services, and RevOps
- 5+ years of experience with GTM OKRs and metrics related to customer experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with executive presence
