Senior Principal HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative thought partner to business leaders on talent-related strategies
• Develop and implement talent initiatives to attract, retain, and engage a highly technical workforce
• Lead complex internal investigations and ensure consistency and compliance across all investigations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive HRBP experience with a focus on Employee Relations and talent strategy
• Minimum of five (5) years of HRBP experience supporting a government contracting workforce
• Demonstrated business acumen in government contracting and connecting people decisions with business outcomes
• General knowledge of HR principles, state and federal compliance requirements, and legal practices
