Senior Principal Marketing Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal - Bank & Credit Union Marketing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by expanding client relationships and acquiring new clients, exceeding annual revenue targets of $5M-$12M
• Lead engagement delivery, ensuring successful implementation of marketing strategies and monitoring performance
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives on marketing transformation and customer growth strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in management consulting, marketing consulting, or agency leadership roles
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets of $5M+ annually
• Experience leading complex marketing transformation engagements for financial institutions
• Partner, Managing Director, Principal, or Senior Manager level experience required
