Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal People Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds positive relationships and advises on People & Talent matters
• Identifies problems using data and develops solutions in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence
• Engages in Executive Coaching and Talent Management initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of HR experience with a focus on enhancing business performance through People Strategies
• Ability to work in ambiguity and develop transparency and alignment
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage relationships effectively
• Experience using data and insights to inform strategies
• Strong organizational skills and a bias for action
