Job Summary
Leading the development of power interconnection solutions, the full-time Senior Principal Power Integrity will manage the complete product development life cycle while providing technical support and fostering customer relationships in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee power integrity modeling and performance simulation to optimize product/system performance
- Lead product development from ideation through testing and qualification, ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engineering changes and maintain documentation throughout the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in new product development, with at least 5 years focused on connector/cable/busbar assembly
- Proven ability in product compliance certification and design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA)
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis and reviewing test reports for performance failures
- Strong understanding of market and customer needs, with experience in customer interaction
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a global team environment
