Job Summary

• Exhibit mastery in interaction and visual design, ensuring seamless experiences and integrating new technologies

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in UX, product, or interaction design with a proven track record
• Expertise in interaction and visual design, systems thinking, and design research
• Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level across multiple business areas
• Experience mentoring and developing other designers
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred
