Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal, Product Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria for engineering execution
• Lead backlog prioritization and act as a hands-on technical product leader to unblock teams and accelerate progress
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure system designs meet performance, security, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in product, engineering, development, and project management
• Experience working with C-Suite and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with AI Coding for Production Applications (Vibe Coding) for over 1 year
• Proven track record in leading complex technical product initiatives involving microservices and cloud infrastructure
