Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria for engineering execution
• Lead backlog prioritization and act as a hands-on technical product leader to unblock teams and ensure alignment
• Model AI-native product and engineering practices while driving measurable improvements in delivery outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in products, engineering, development, and project management
• Experience working with C-Suite and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Proven track record in leading complex technical product initiatives involving microservices and cloud infrastructure
• Experience using AI Coding for Production Applications for over 1 year
