Senior Principal Product Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Principal Product Engineer, this full-time remote position involves leading the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology and AI products, while driving improvements in engineering execution through AI-native practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria for engineering execution
• Lead backlog prioritization and act as a hands-on technical product leader to unblock teams and accelerate delivery
• Model and institutionalize AI-native product and engineering practices while promoting collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in products, engineering, development, and project management
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with C-Suite executives
• Experience with AI Coding for Production Applications for over 1 year
• Proven track record in leading complex product initiatives involving microservices and cloud infrastructure
