Senior Principal Product Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging business strategy and engineering execution, the full-time remote Senior Principal Product Engineer will lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology and AI products across multiple strategic initiatives while driving measurable improvements in velocity and cycle time through AI-native practices.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria for engineering execution
• Partner with architects to ensure system designs meet performance, security, and compliance standards
• Lead backlog prioritization and act as a hands-on technical product leader to unblock teams and accelerate project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in products, engineering, development, and project management
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with C-Suite executives
• Proven track record in leading complex, highly technical product initiatives involving microservices and cloud infrastructure
• Experience using AI Coding for Production Applications for over one year
