Senior Principal Product Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging business strategy and engineering execution, the full-time remote Senior Principal Product Engineer will own delivery outcomes for scalable, secure, and high-performing technology and AI products across multiple strategic initiatives while driving measurable improvements in velocity and cycle time through AI-native practices.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria for engineering execution
• Lead backlog prioritization to maintain velocity and technical quality while acting as a hands-on technical product leader across all phases of product delivery
• Model and institutionalize AI-native product and engineering practices, ensuring alignment across teams and driving measurable impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in product, engineering, development, and project management
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with C-Suite executives
• Proven track record in managing complex product initiatives involving microservices and cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with AI Coding for Production Applications (Vibe Coding) for over 1 year
