Senior Principal Product Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging business strategy and engineering execution, the full-time remote Senior Principal Product Engineer will own delivery outcomes for scalable, secure, and high-performing technology and AI products across multiple strategic initiatives while driving measurable improvements in velocity and cycle time.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria to guide engineering execution
• Lead backlog prioritization and act as a hands-on technical product leader to unblock teams and ensure alignment across disciplines
• Model and institutionalize AI-native product and engineering practices while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in products, engineering, development, and project management
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with C-Suite executives
• Proven track record in leading complex technical product initiatives involving microservices and cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with AI coding for production applications for over one year
