Senior Principal Product Engineer
Job Summary
Bridging business strategy and engineering execution, the full-time remote Senior Principal Product Engineer will lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology and AI products across multiple strategic initiatives while embedding AI-native practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria for engineering execution
- Lead backlog prioritization and act as a hands-on technical product leader to unblock teams and accelerate delivery
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for cycle time, flow efficiency, and throughput, driving demonstrable improvements across assigned product areas
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in products, engineering, development, and project management
- Experience working with C-Suite and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in AI Coding for Production Application with over 1 year of experience
- Proven track record in leading complex product initiatives involving microservices and cloud infrastructure
