Job Summary

Leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Principal Product Manager will drive strategy and execution across the Work-to-Cash portfolio, focusing on matter pricing, billing, and AI-enabled services while collaborating with various teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of product strategy across critical Work-to-Cash capabilities and related platform services
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple product lines and teams
• Translate customer, market, and operational insights into actionable product strategies and execution plans

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in enterprise SaaS environments
• Proven track record of owning large, ambiguous product domains or leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with Work-to-Cash, billing, payments, or legal financial workflows is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and aligning multiple teams without direct authority
• Strong execution experience delivering strategic initiatives at scale
