Senior Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and customer-obsessed Senior Principal Product Manager, this full-time remote position will focus on expanding the analytical capabilities of RaptorDB, owning the strategy and execution for analytical workloads across semi-structured and unstructured data.

Key responsibilities

• Define the 12-month and 3-year product direction for Raptor's analytical modality, including user flows and platform experiences
• Drive workload management by collaborating with early access customers and engineering teams to prioritize features and manage the backlog
• Serve as the primary product voice with field teams, translating analytical requirements into platform roadmap inputs and defining key product success metrics

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management or a technical role such as software development or SRE
• Strong domain expertise in enterprise databases, analytical platforms, or distributed data systems
• Experience with platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Deep curiosity about customer needs with a track record of building customer-centric solutions
• Ability to engage with engineering teams on architecture and communicate strategy to executives and customers
