Senior Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Principal Program Manager, Business Technology PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional Federal programs, including FedRAMP authorizations and sovereign cloud initiatives
• Serve as a key liaison and spokesperson for Business Technology in discussions with government auditors and external regulatory bodies
• Create and maintain formal networks across engineering, legal, security, and compliance groups to ensure seamless delivery of Federal mandates

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• 10+ years of professional experience in the software as a service or enterprise technology industry
• 8+ years leading Federal-specific technology programs, including familiarity with FedRAMP and NIST 800-53
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Management
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred
