Senior Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

Advising and managing high-visibility, complex programs, the full-time Senior Principal IS Program Manager will operate remotely, focusing on strategic initiatives that require executive engagement and enterprise-wide coordination across Information Services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi-year strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and clear communication among stakeholders
• Manage program activities to achieve objectives, resolve issues, and drive measurable outcomes
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent education/experience
• 10 or more years of experience in Information Technology and/or the Healthcare Industry
• 10 or more years in project/program management
• 1 year of portfolio management experience (e.g., EMR, Business Applications, M&A, Infrastructure)
• Experience with vendor/contract management and negotiations
