Senior Principal Scientific Advisor

Job Summary

Providing strategic scientific and medical leadership within the Medical Imaging therapeutic area, the full-time Senior Principal Scientific Advisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical trial delivery, client engagement, and service innovation while ensuring scientific excellence and operational efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scientific, medical, and technical leadership to support company operations and strategic initiatives
• Maintain strategic client relationships through governance meetings and scientific consultation
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative imaging solutions across global clinical trials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Imaging, Medicine, Clinical Research, or a related scientific discipline
• Minimum 10 years of clinical trial experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology organization
• Extensive experience supporting imaging-based clinical trials and working within regulated environments
• Demonstrated scientific research experience and established publication record
• Advanced knowledge of clinical research methodologies and medical imaging applications
