Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the scientific roadmap for core AI capabilities, establishing clear hypotheses and success metrics
• Design robust evaluation and benchmarking for generative and predictive models to ensure scientific rigor
• Lead applied research projects from conception to productization while mentoring scientists and engineers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML research or applied science with experience in training and deploying models
• Demonstrated impact in designing and scaling ML systems and real-time applications
• Proven ability to lead scientific strategy and cross-team architecture efforts
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML stacks with a deep understanding of ML system performance
• Experience with Responsible AI frameworks and comfort in a global, cross-functional organization
