Senior Principal Scientist Psychiatry

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Scientist, Psychiatry responsible for overseeing scientific strategy and delivery of psychiatry-focused clinical trial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee scientific delivery of psychiatry clinical trial services, including rater training and central monitoring
• Contribute to study-specific delivery plans for endpoint quality and integrate central monitoring workflows
• Provide scientific leadership and support for study design, rater training programs, and data quality strategies

Required Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or postgraduate degree in psychology, psychiatry, neuroscience, or related field
• Evidence of scientific track record in publications, presentations, or grants
• At least 6 years of neuropsychological practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trials, preferably in CNS/psychiatry
• Expertise in psychiatric rating scales and experience with rater training and data quality oversight
