Job Summary

Leading the design and development of next-generation Agentic AI platforms, the full-time remote Senior Principal Software Architect will architect scalable AI systems, drive end-to-end technical strategy, and deliver measurable business impact through innovative AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable agentic AI systems to enhance customer experiences and drive conversion
• Define platform abstractions and reusable capabilities for independent AI-powered experience deployment across teams
• Maintain hands-on involvement in prototyping and critical production systems, setting engineering excellence standards

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in distributed systems
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, high-impact systems
• Strong hands-on coding and system design skills
• Experience operating large-scale, highly available cloud systems
• Demonstrated ability to translate advanced technology into business impact
