Job Summary

To shape and guide the architecture of complex systems, the full-time Senior Principal Software Architect will work remotely, focusing on developing architecture strategies and providing hands-on technical leadership across various technology domains in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architecture and technical roadmaps in collaboration with engineering, product, and business leadership
• Communicate architectural strategies and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while ensuring adherence to architecture principles and standards
• Lead architecture reviews and facilitate resolution of cross-team disagreements, acting as an escalation point for architectural risks

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in architecture across diverse technology domains, including DevSecOps, Machine Learning/AI, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to produce measurable improvements in customer outcomes and delivery speed through architectural decisions
• Strong background in developing and implementing architecture principles, standards, and reference patterns
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on architecture and technology best practices
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across various functions
