Senior Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Principal Software Engineer (Telephony).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of software for the company's product offering, ensuring technical guidance in design and development
- Oversee the development team, coordinating strategies to ensure smooth interconnectivity of technologies and product lines
- Collaborate with product management to define features, gather requirements, and support the application lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 6 to 8 years of related experience and/or training
- 5+ years of experience in leading technical solutions for distributed collaboration technology architecture
- Experience with cloud-based telephony solutions and SIP trunking providers
- In-depth experience with PBX systems, particularly Cisco
- 5+ years of tech lead experience in DevOps or technical support organizations
